MATERIALS
We prefer working with wood. Suitably dried solid wood is used as a strong building material for sub-constructions and climbing surfaces are made of high quality plywood. We can also build transparent climbing surfaces for specific needs, made of thick glass from moldable plastics.
APPEARANCE
We offer different options of the final product, which is determined together with the client:
SMOOTH CLIMBING SURFACE
Climbing walls are made from natural, untreated wooden boards with a visible wooden structure, they are lacquered for easier cleaning, or merely tinted or completely colored, if desired, in shades of your choice.
SAND GLAZE
Wooden panels are further processed. Rough sand glaze, colored in different shades, provides excellent grip.
COLOUR AND PAINTING
Smooth climbing surface can be coloured with any kind of hue. We recommend standard colours for sand glazed surfaces that have been previously tested and work best from our experience:

In addition to these colours, any other colour can be used, according to the client’s wishes.
We also offer the possibility of a unique themed art work on your walls in collaboration with graffiti artists.
NEGATIVE EMBOSSMENT
We also include negative relief on our climbing surfaces. You can make them as unique chiselled patterns / lettering / logos that are a visual upgrade, which also allows minimal grip.
SPATIAL DESIGN
Climbing surface may be flat or spatially diverse with various overhangs and can incorporate cracks or other elements of climbing walls. We manufacture towers, roof and tilting walls with a movable inclination. We also offer the possibility of transparent walls or individual windows (incorporated into the walls), which are also a climbing surface.
DESIGNING THE PROJECT
Each project is designed fully in collaboration with the client. Given the client’s specific wishes and the legally defined use of the object, in which the wall is designed, we prepare exact drawings in computer programs for 3D spatial visualization. We take care of static calculations, the entire technological and organizational process in collaboration with subcontractors and the final »turnkey« completion of the wall.
EU STANDARD
All walls are made according to the strict safety standard EN 12572. Panels, which make the climbing surfaces are tested in ZAG (Institute for Construction Slovenia). They passed the Collision Test according to SIST EN 12572-1:2007, Annex D and the haul of nuts for fixing holds SIST EN 12572-1:2007, Annex E.
The wall is checked with a stress test on belaying points before it is consigned.
If desired, we can provide the client with the TÜV certificate.
